The Kimchi Club is a family-owned, artisanal kimchi company, and we are super excited to bring real Korean flavor to our neighbors in Sugar Land and all across Fort Bend County.
So what matters most to us? Three things.
Freshness. We make every jar in small batches, so the kimchi you take home on Saturday is fresh from our kitchen.
Fermentation. We let our kimchi ferment naturally and take its time. That slow, live ferment is where all the deep, tangy flavor comes from, and we don't rush it.
Cleanliness. We keep our kitchen, our hands and our jars clean, every batch, every time. We make each jar like it's going on our own family's table.
Good food is better when it's shared. Stop by our booth on Saturday to grab a jar and say hello, or reserve yours online ahead of time. We'd love to meet you!

Pre-ordering is optional. You can always buy at our booth on Saturdays, too. Pre-ordering just saves you $1 a jar and makes sure your jars are waiting for you.
Here's how it works: choose your kimchi, pay online, and we'll reserve your jars for the pickup date shown on the product page and in your cart. A pre-order is a one-time purchase for a specific Saturday pickup. It is not a subscription.
You save $1 on every jar when you pre-order online. Here's how the prices line up:
Online, the 2 for $20 deal is applied automatically in your cart, so there's no code to remember.
At our booth at the Sugar Land Farmers Market at Imperial Park, 234 Matlage Way, Sugar Land, TX 77478, on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Look for our deep green tent on the side closest to Matlage Way. Your exact pickup date is shown on your order.

Yes. Email us at info@thekimchiclubtx.com before Thursday at 11:59 PM Central Time the week of your pickup, and we'll give you a full refund. After Thursday night, orders can't be canceled, but if something comes up on Saturday, our missed-pickup policy below has you covered.
Life happens! If you miss your pickup, we'll hold your jars for one more week, so just come by our booth the following Saturday. If you can't make that one either, we'll give you store credit for the full amount of your order to use on a future pre-order. We'll email you once your credit is ready.
Absolutely! Come see us at our booth any Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. We take card and cash. Our in-person prices are $12 a jar of kimchi, any 2 for $22, and $8 for House SsamJang. If you pre-order online instead, it's $11, 2 for $20, and $7.
Jars at the booth are first come, first served, so pre-ordering is the best way to make sure you get what you want.
Yes. Every order is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
Keep every jar in the fridge. Our kimchi is live and naturally fermented, so it keeps fermenting slowly in the cold and gets more sour and tangy the longer it sits. That's a good thing, because older kimchi is perfect for stew and fried rice.
Open kimchi jars slowly over the sink, since they may be a little pressurized. Use a clean utensil each time and press the kimchi back down under its juice. House SsamJang is made with fresh garlic, so keep it refrigerated with the lid on tight.
For the best flavor and crunch, enjoy it within about 3 months of opening. Kept cold (40°F or below) and pressed down under its juice, kimchi generally stays good for up to about 6 months. It will keep getting more sour along the way, and that's normal. If you ever see fuzzy mold, the cabbage turns slimy, or it smells off (not just sour), please toss it.
Every product page lists the full ingredients, allergens and nutrition facts. You can also scan the QR code on your jar, which takes you straight to that jar's ingredient and allergen page.
Both of our kimchis contain fish (anchovy) and shellfish (shrimp). House SsamJang contains soy, wheat and sesame. If you have a food allergy and any questions at all, please email us before you order at info@thekimchiclubtx.com.
Not right now. Both our Traditional and White Kimchi are made with fish sauce and salted shrimp, which give kimchi its classic savory depth. If you'd like something mild, our White Kimchi has no chili at all.
Not at this time. Online orders are for market pickup only.
